Delivery & Assembly
We deliver throughout the UK. For UK remote areas (Highlands & islands), please contact us for a delivery charge.

Our delivery service covers mainland UK (see below for other areas) and includes a two-man team who will assemble your bed in your room of choice and take away the packaging. We deliver on weekdays between approximately 8am and 5pm - we do not do weekend or evening deliveries - within a 2-hour delivery window, agreed in advance with you.
Service that will make you smile
We do the majority of deliveries ourselves, in our own delivery vans, with our own highly experienced delivery teams. We will also use trusted partners - for example, to certain parts of the country, for quick delivery mattresses and when we have too many deliveries to do ourselves!
In all cases we want to be sure that you get a top notch service and welcome your feedback.
Believe us when we say that there is nothing more frustrating than waiting weeks for the delivery of your lovely new bed, and then finding out on the day of delivery that it will not fit up the stairs.

A picture is worth a thousand words
If you have any doubts about access, please send us photographs to [email protected] showing any tight spots along the journey your bed will take. One tip: the best photos are taken standing back, not close up, and show the full floor-to-ceiling perspective.
We're up for a challenge
For trickier access situations, we can organise hoist deliveries over balconies and through windows but these need to be planned and carry additional charges as they require extra manpower and equipment. See how to contact us below.
