The last thing we want is for you to lose sleep worrying about whether you’ve chosen the right bed or mattress. So you’ve got 100 nights from the date of delivery to change your mind.
If your bed or mattress still isn’t all that you hoped…we’ll come and pick it up free of charge and change it for one that suits you better, or give you a full refund, including any delivery fees you paid.
If you want to return your bed or mattress, we won’t quibble. As you’d expect, we only ask that they aren’t damaged, stained or marked in any way, in which case we may have to charge you.

A mattress has to grow on you, so we give you 100 nights to get comfortable with yours.
And if you're not 100% happy, we'll exchange it for another one or we'll give you a full refund – no quibbles.
Forget going to the recycling centre, we'll do all that.
