Buying a new mattress is a big step, but mattress shopping is often uncomfortable. Perching nervously on the edge of a bed while a pushy salesman looms over you, drowning in an overwhelming number of mattress options... not exactly a relaxing experience!
A more relaxed way to test mattresses
We have dedicated spaces in our London showrooms where you can try all of our mattresses in private, and take as much time as you need without any pressure from pushy staff. Our team of sleep experts are on hand to guide you and answer any questions.

You do not need to book mattress testing in advance. But by doing so, we'll ensure that you have exclusive access to a dedicated part of the showroom without any interruptions. Giving you more time to get comfy, order a cuppa, have a nap and find the perfect mattress for you.

How to book

1. Confirming your appointment

To book mattress testing, click here, email us at [email protected], or call us on 03333 201 801. We will confirm your slot asap. Remember, you don't have to book in advance to visit us and try the mattresses - just if you'd like a dedicated space in one of our showrooms all to yourself. 

2. Preparing for your appointment

Give yourself enough time to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so we can get you set up with a cup of coffee and give you a guide through the process.

3. Put your feet up and take a snooze

Relax and take as long as you need trying out our luxurious mattresses. We'll also supply you with a pillow and fresh pillow case to make you feel even more  at home. When you have found the perfect mattress, one of our team will help you with the next steps.
