The last thing we want is for you to lose sleep worrying about whether you’ve chosen the right bed or mattress. So you’ve got 100 nights from the date of delivery to change your mind.
Please note that bespoke items are not covered by our returns policy and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If you cannot buy your specific bed or mattress on our website, then it is regarded as a bespoke item - for example, if your bed is upholstered in a fabric that is not available on our website or your bed or mattress is not a standard UK bed size (single double, king or super king size).
If your bed or mattress still isn’t all that you hoped for…we’ll come and pick it up free of charge and change it for one that suits you better, or refund you the value of the product, excluding any delivery charges. If you have benefited from our £100 off Bed and Mattress incentive, the £100 will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you want to return your bed or mattress, we won’t quibble. As you’d expect, we only ask that they aren’t damaged, stained or marked in any way, in which case we may have to charge you.

A mattress has to grow on you, so we give you 100 nights to get comfortable with yours.
And if you're not 100% happy, we'll exchange it for another one or we'll give you a full refund – no quibbles.
