We stand by the quality of our beds and mattresses (though we much prefer to lie on them). So all our mattresses, bed frames and divans come with a 10 year guarantee.
The guarantee covers all the important bits to do with your mattress or bed - the materials, construction and workmanship. The only things you’re not covered for are rips, or wear and tear to the upholstery or damage from unusual use (for example, we do not recommend trying to fold your mattress)
It’s unlikely to happen, but if you find your bed or mattress develops a problem, just give us a call us on 03333 201 801. We’ll arrange to come and repair it for you. If a repair won’t cut the mustard, we’ll give you a like-for-like exchange.
A mattress has to grow on you, so we give you 100 nights to get comfortable with yours.
And if you're not 100% happy, we'll exchange it for another one or we'll give you a full refund – no quibbles.
