We do not do Sales or promotions at Button & Sprung, but we do sell off beds and mattresses that are not new at reduced prices, at up to 60% off. Our Clearance items include customer returns, as well as ex-display, photoshoot and sample products. We inspect every item and only sell those that are fit for re-sale. By clicking on the link in the right hand column of the table below you will see a document which includes photographs and a detailed description of each product and its condition. Clearance items can be bought in person or over the phone.

Reserving Clearance Items
Please note, due to the interest in our Clearance products, we are unable to reserve Clearance items for customers until payment has been received. Clearance items are sold on a strictly first-come (paid), first-served basis.
For Clearance products, we only accept payment by bank transfer or by card in person in our showroom. We do not accept any other payment method, for example, by card over the phone, or cash on delivery.
Collection & Delivery
You can collect the product for FREE from our showroom in Wandsworth: Ellis House (Shurgard), Unit 3 (rear), 118 - 120 Garratt Lane, London, SW18 4DJ. Please note that the products are not available to view at our warehouse address. Contact us for any additional information.
Alternatively, for any Clearance order over £500 and where the delivery address is within our Free delivery area, we can deliver your Clearance order, but for a delivery cost of £50.

Although all Clearance products are in stock, please get in touch with us to discuss delivery. Please note that we do not offer interest free credit on purchases of Clearance items.
Cancellations & Returns
Please note that our 100 nights free returns policy does not apply to Clearance items.
Clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All Clearance products are sold with a 12 month product guarantee. Please note that this is different from our 10-year guarantee for made-to-order products. If your product is found to be faulty within this 12 month period, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product - please note that we cannot replace or exchange the product.
