Reserving Clearance Items
Please note, due to the interest in our clearance products, we are unable to reserve our clearance items for customers until the purchase has been completed.
Collection & Delivery
You can collect the product for FREE from our showroom in Fulham (Imperial Studios Unit 9a/9b, Imperial Road, Fulham, London SW6 2AG). Alternatively, for any clearance product over £400, we can deliver to your address. Delivery will cost £50 on top of our normal delivery charges, which can be found here:
Although all clearance products are in stock, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Please note, delivery does not include assembly. We cannot offer finance for clearance items.
Cancellation & Return
Please note that our 100 nights free returns policy does not apply to clearance items.
Clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All clearance products are sold with a 12 month product guarantee. Please note that this is different from our 10-year guarantee for made-to-order products. If your product is found to be faulty within this 12 month period, we will refund you the amount you paid for the product - please note that we cannot replace the product.
